Ruzica Filipceva
The Managing Partner, Ruzica Filipceva, leads Grant Thornton and has over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing and consulting at various companies in Macedonia. She is responsible for overall operation of the office, especially for practice development, execution and coordination of projects, and communication with the Clients.
As Managing Partner, certified valuator and certified auditor she has worked particularly on providing International assurance services, valuation of the capital value according to three methodologies, such as: Adjusted Net Asset Approach, Discounted Cash Flow Method and Capitalized Earning Approach. She has been carrying out, for various companies, financial analysis of: Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, financial stability and liquidity, business operations and other comparative analysis. In privatization she has been engaged in marketing strategy, determination of the company position on the market, selling projection, price police, promotion and distribution of the products, estimation of the supply market, determination of the measures for improvement the placement and supplying. She has been working also on preparation of business plans and projections, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for new investments and financial proposals for obtaining bank loans.
