Slavco Filipcev is an International Practice Partner at Grant Thornton and he is responsible for the Specialist Advisory Services and coordination of the international assignments, domestic and abroad. With over 10 years of experience, he has been leading a number of landmark transactions in the Balkans, and has worked with and led many international teams at the strategic and operational levels.
With his experience in corporate finance and assurance, Slavco is renowned for being the leading dealmaker in Macedonia and has specialised in due diligence assignments in connection with buy-ins and buy-outs, acquisitions, restructuring and turnaround, financial reconstructions, fund structuring, advisory work in public and private company situations and flotations. He has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions and structures to enable vendor and purchaser price expectations to be met.
